Jesse’s place was very clean, and nice. It is centrally located between 8-10 minutes from restaurants, arcades, etc. The place was very quiet and very secure. Jesse was very responsive to any questions I had. His place will definitely be my go to Airbnb when I come to Wilmington. Thank you again for being such a great host.

This is my third time staying at this airbnb and it always the same great experience. Great location. Very private and close to tourist attractions. Super comfortable space for a great price. Will always book if I’m in the city and it’s available

Hosting with Jesse was an amazing experience. He’s quick to respond to any questions you have or any adjustments you need to do during your stay. The place I stayed at was very beautiful and welcoming. The interior design made it feel right at home! Jesse made my whole experience easy-going, and enjoyable! I will definitely be hosting with Jesse with any further bookings again!

Overall stay was amazing, neighbors/host were friendly & helpful. Lots to do around the neighborhood; only downside there was a couple dirty dishes upon check-in and parking is a fend for yourself type of deal. 😬

Honestly it was a great stay, I am a weirdo and have learned I need to remember my own pillows. Comfort level for me personally wasn’t the best. BUT that’s because I’m picky. The location was great, easy to get in, homey vibe. Very clean. Would stay again.

The Pearl was a great spot for our week in Wilmington. The apartment is walkable to downtown and is an easy in and out. We were not able to use the parking lot provided (was always full) but had no problem finding street parking. The apartment has the basics so if you just need a place to sleep, shower and have your morning coffee it's great. Not a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Looks like the photos and was clean and comfortable. Jesse was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. PS - Great little restaurant, Castle Street Kitchen, just around the corner.

Great space for the night and within 10-15 minute driving distance from the downtown river walk area. Easy location and quiet area.

Jesse’s place was pretty impressive! When you walk into your room, you instantly feel like you are home-away-from- home. The first thing you notice about Jesse’s place is that the Airbnb photos do not do this place justice. We stayed in a hotel suite room weeks before and it was pretty nice.. but compared to this place, it made the hotel-suite seem like we overpaid for such a tiny room. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all mesh well together for such a nice sharing open area. Another great thing about Jesse’s place was the convenient restaurants and shopping areas, right at your fingertips. You never run out of things to do or even to see. We went to the ocean 4 times in our 7-day stay, and that drive was so convenient. It wasn’t a hassle at all to get there. If we got to spend our time in NC again, we would definitely consider and recommend Jesse’s place again.This little stay in Wilmington absolutely exceeded our expectations. Thank you again Jesse! We will remember you!

Perfect Wilmington space!

Had a nice stay. No real issues. There was no parking available in the parking lot. This led to having to get street parking late nights when everything was mostly taken. However I was able to park even of it was a little bit away. Other than that overall stay was good and place was fairly clean.

Honestly, this stay was perfect. Less than 5 min drive to downtown and about 15 min walking. Very walkable! My boyfriend and I had a great stay and we are very frequent, low-maintenance travelers. We stay in both hotels and airbnbs and this place is truly a gem. Very comfortable and it makes you feel right at home! Some will complain about things that aren't that big of a deal like linen/towels as I had read before booking this place, but truly Jesse is such a great of a host that if you do run into an issue/inconvenience he is very responsive! Of course, we did run into not having space to park in the lot but there is enough street parking available, and if parking is important to you then I would suggest leaving your car in the lot and either walking into town or using uber! Getting back early would also probably help, we were out late each day so of course the lot would be full. Otherwise, it's really not hard to find a spot on the street! :) Thank you Jesse for such a great stay!

The place is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the towel supply; only one hand towel and no washcloths was not great. Would also consider additional lighting in the living space, but everything else was great.

The place was great, and was in a good location. Some issues happened like parking in the stay that couldn’t be helped by Jesse, and when I asked him where else I could go he responded fast and helped us find a solution quickly! Very responsive and a very good host, and very cozy space.

Everything was wonderful, property matched pictures and description. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was easy to get to and was exactly what my daughter needed, she felt safe and did not want to leave!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Jesse made sure everything was good with our check in and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. The place was amazing and not to far from the hospital where I had to go everyday to check on my sister. Thank you so much Jesse. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Great stay, had a mix up with people staying in a different Airbnb and the host responded immediately when I reached out ! Extended my stay and the host approved the change quickly!

Overall this place is great. Easy to access and a minimum 4-5 min drive from downtown. The place was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Parking is the Only issue I had but that’s no fault of the host. I was able to find a spot not too far from the place and walk about 3 mins. Will be booking this again next time I’m in town
