Jesse's apartment at The Pearl in downtown Wilmington was ideally located for my business trip, allowing easy access to the area. The parking was adequate, and the building felt secure. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but there were some issues that needed attention. The apartment appeared clean, but I found hair on the sofa and towels. The kitchen sink was unstable but functional, and one kitchen chair had been taped up, though it held my weight. While these cosmetic issues didn't significantly impact my trip, they did affect the overall comfort level. On the plus side, Jesse was quick to respond to my inquiries and communicated politely and professionally. I would stay again despite the minor issues.

Will definitely book again. The location was great and check in was easy. The only issue was that the table and bed frame was duct tape together. So I was a bit uneasy with utilizing them both.

Way too expensive for what it was. $1,000 for four nights, but there were several maintenance issues (I.e. broke kitchen sink facet, broke toilet lid, duck tape holding a chair together, etc). Furthermore, the place was gross, having dust and grime, and the hallway outside the unit was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere, broken lights, and odd smells. I don’t mind spending more, but it must be worth it, and in this case it most certainly was not. They completely overcharged, and sold one thing, but deliver another. It’s much like staying at a Motel 8, but paying for a Hilton. To top it off, the building is in the ghetto, and walking to Downtown was not an option, especially at night. I would value this experience around $75-100 a night not $225. We were very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Jesse was very responsive to my emails. I was disappointed that items and amenities were not available upon arrival as listing showed. Jesse had more towels, coffee, paper towels dropped off, which was helpful since we had a long stay. He contacted maintenance regarding some issues and they were handled promptly. He was always very professional. He made our stay comfortable.

I didn’t have a great experience. Upon arrival the code didn’t work for at least 15 minutes to get into the unit. After entering the unit I was met with a food like aroma that coated the entire unit. There were also multiple dirty rags that we hadn’t used with hair in them rolled up placed on the bed. Overall, the stay was average at best.

We had the most amazing time! Great location! Great apartment and was just as described! Jesse is a very responsive host and has a beautiful apartment! We truly felt at home and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend! A++++++

This was a great place for my extended business trip. All the necessities were provided, very comfortable, great location for traveling throughout the county. It was a pleasure to come back to this place at the end of every day. Comfortable bed and the bedroom was super cozy! Will def stay again when an extended stay is needed. Thank you!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The communication was seamless the host was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend hosting with Jesse.

Jesse was great & so was the apartment! Parking as others have stated was an issue one evening when arriving back on the later side. Had an issue w/ kitchen appliances when we went to use them the last night but certain Jesse was quickly on top of it. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had very high expectations after reading all the good reviews about it being clean and a pleasant stay but upon arrival I was horribly wrong. The smell was my first issue, the whole unit smelled like someone sprayed a room spray and called it clean. Bigger concern was when I pulled back the comforter and someone’s wad of hair was just right in the middle of the bed next to the pillows.. Not to mention a broken kitchen facet, dirty floors and baseboards, a toenail on the couch, horrible view, moldy shower curtain, I could go on and on. It was to the point I only stayed one night out of my original 3 day booking and left because I couldn’t stay any longer. I used to live at this apartment complex so I know what I signed up for, it’s a great location and a beautiful property but I’m so offended that no one took the time to even change a bedsheet for me. Total waste of money, please pay the extra $30 a night to stay somewhere that you will feel comfortable and clean in!!
