Visit their website for routes, schedules, and fare information. Bike Share: Downtown Wilmington offers bike-sharing services, allowing you to easily rent a bike and explore the area on two wheels. Look for the bike-share stations located throughout the neighborhood. Walking: Downtown Wilmington is a walkable area with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and plenty of crosswalks. It's a great way to experience the charm of the neighborhood up close. And of course, there's always Uber. Parking at our place is free, but most street parking downtown requires payment either by meters, parking decks, or paid parking lots. The parking lot is pretty steep. There is reserved parking but we recommend briefly parking near the door to unload your suitcases etc.

March 2025 4.00Jesse's apartment at The Pearl in downtown Wilmington was ideally located for my business trip, allowing easy access to the area. The parking was adequate, and the building felt secure. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but there were some issues that needed attention. The apartment appeared clean, but I found hair on the sofa and towels. The kitchen sink was unstable but functional, and one kitchen chair had been taped up, though it held my weight. While these cosmetic issues didn't significantly impact my trip, they did affect the overall comfort level. On the plus side, Jesse was quick to respond to my inquiries and communicated politely and professionally. I would stay again despite the minor issues.
