City Chic Getaway: Modern 1BR Gem in Downtown

My stay at this apartment was great overall. The place is spacious, well-appointed, and as described in the listing. The location is great - walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The only issue I had was with parking. No pass was provided as mentioned in the listing and streets surrounding the building were blocked off for construction for a good part of my stay - causing me to have to park a few blocks away - doable but not convenient. Jesse responded right away to my messages but the solution he provided proved to not work out great. He told me to park in specific spots in the lot without the pass, but on several occasions none of those spots were available. :( Jesse did refund some $$ for the inconvenience but truthfully the parking situation was a bit of a problem for me. Other than that, the stay was great and I would book again once street construction is complete!

Jesse was super responsive and helpful when needed. I will be booking here again in the future.

Air conditioner went out and host quickly responded with another room and paid for dinner. That was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jesse's Airbnb, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation was very nice, offering a comfortable and modern setting that made me feel right at home. Its location was ideal, being conveniently close to the beach while also providing easy access to other parts of Wilmington. Whenever there was an issue, if any, they took no time at all to help accommodate and respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-situated stay.

Jesse was really prompt with any concerns I may have had. He was friendly and helpful when needed. The space itself held everything you may need, from towels to extra bedding. I will say the couch bed isn’t the comfiest. I ended up getting an air bed and made it work. The linens were on the thinner side as well so keep that in mind. I really liked how accessible the apartment was to everything. I was able to go to the beach but also enjoy the historic area so that was nice. Overall really good for what we needed which was only a few days!

This place was amazing. I planned a weekend trip and it was such a nice and comforting place in a great part of town! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a nice place for a long term stay

Jesse was hospitable and friendly in all communication. His apartment is in a great and convenient location. We appreciated the free onsite parking and the clear check in and out instructions. We enjoyed our time at his property!

Definitely coming back to my home away from home to finish the art scene and good eats.

Staying at Jesse's Airbnb was an absolute delight! The space was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved my stay everything was perfect

Jesse was a responsive host and everything was in great working order. Easy to find linens. Although we only stayed less than 24 hours, the place was cozy!

Jesse home was beautiful great view and peaceful a lot of privacy friendly surroundings definitely will recommend and definitely would stay again!
