And the game room has everything for the kids. We set out to have the best 5-bedroom home in Phoenix and I cannot think of anything more to accomplish that goal. First let me tell you what we have. Then let me tell you what's coming. First, for the kids, we have a full blown GAME ROOM GARAGE! - 75" RokuHDTV to stream your accounts - Playstation 5 - Big popcorn machine! - Bean bag chairs + extra chairs - Blacked out walls for movie theatre feel - Arcade games - Basketball (good balls and a metal rim) - Pool table - Ping pong table - Mini-split Air Conditioning in the garage What's Coming - Marquee Lights on the arcade wall saying GAME ON - Ping pong topper will soon be replaced with a larger one that covers the pool table, right now it does not, fair warning, but we're working on it KITCHEN - Large dining table for family meal - Small breakfast table with pool views - Full kitchen, all the cookware you need - Induction stove OPEN CONCEPT - Huge living room includes the dining room - Unbelievable realistic desert mountain landscape mural (keep kids away please) - Huge sectional for large group - 75" RokuHDTV with apps for your accounts - Authentic local decor 5 BEDROOMS - Master bedroom with KING bed and futon - 4 Minor bedrooms with Queen beds so nobody gets mad 3 BATHROOMS - one en suite for master - one on each side of the house for 2 bedroom access THE BACKYARD - pool and hot tub - mountain views from the hot tub for 2 (three if you really like each other) - pizza oven and tools - outdoor dining table - two swinging pod chairs - BRAND NEW 3-hole golf putting green is not even the top 5 amenities on this list! - Yoga hideaway on the side of the house. 1 mirror is shown in the pic but there should be 2 when you get there for your partner to join - how many of you read the previous bullet and said "no, 1 is fine, everybody leave me alone!"? We thought of you. PARKING - We obviously stole and repurposed your garage but you can fit 2-3 cars in the driveway. - RULE: No more than 3 cars at the residence at a time. This is not a public hotel. This is a quiet cul-de-sac. We expect you to be quiet too. - WARNING: The driveway is VERY STEEP. You can see in the pictures its on a hill. This is NOT a good driveway for certain mobility impaired individuals. Please contact the host with any questions about accommodations for your group. We want you to feel welcome but also prepared. Guest will have access to everything except the master closet. We have an armoire for you in the same room for you to have the same effect and privacy! We are available 24/7 if you need us! Please reach out and we will do everything we can to make your stay a 5-star experience. At the foot of Phoenix Mountain Preserve and just a couple of blocks from food and bars, you will feel like you have everything you need in this otherwise quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Quick access to mountain trails. Super easy in this residential neighborhood. Uber/Lyft are everywhere. Quick access to everything you may want to do in Phoenix and Scottsdale Please no popcorn in the house!! I'm begging you. The human behind this phone is begging you. It's a nightmare with the butter and the kernels and the flakes. We are happy to clean up the garage but the furniture, the walls, the bugs, and the details are important to us. Please enjoy your movie theatre style garage and snacks in the garage. Pets are not allowed for stays less than 30 nights. Midterm rental guests of 30 nights or more may bring a pet subject to pet fees. Please ask the host for details. I love dogs, Ava Kate and I have dogs, but this home is not very pet friendly for a number of reasons and we will enforce this rule.
