My wife and I enjoyed a brief stay, primarily focused on exploring Wilmington. The location was tranquil and easily accessible.

Enjoyed my stay! Very clean and easy to park. Wish there was more of a neighborhood to walk my dog, but Long Leaf Park was very close! Soap handle came undone upon first use and shower head may could use a fix/upgrade. Neighbors were a little noisy at night but know that’s likely out of owner’s control. Other than that no complaints!

Very peaceful setting. Love the patio. Quick drive to the beach or downtown. Mark was very responsive to questions. Perfect set up for one or two people.

Unit was very clean! TV in living area and bedroom. Had a laundry room as well. While the unit does have a door to the bedroom, this definitely feels like a studio. Overall very central location and clean unit

The property was in a convenient location, and Mark was very communicative throughout my stay. However, there were a few concerns. The unit had an unusual odor, the couch had an unpleasant smell, and there were stains on the sheets. Additionally, I found it inappropriate to have a political item, such as a Trump bobblehead, prominently displayed in the kitchen. While personal decor is the host’s choice, I believe maintaining a neutral space is more welcoming for guests of all backgrounds.

Place was great! Perfect size for a weekend getaway, and comfortable for relaxing. Great coffee place is a 5 minute walk away too!

I love this hidden haven! Small but cozy and very clean. Except for when some bugs from the outside find their way in when i open the front door, since there is no storm door or a screen door outside the main door. Mark is super responsive host. Message him with issues and he responds immediately:) Place is close to everything, almost everywhere i need to go to is only a few minutes away. Area is very safe, except for some low lit areas especially at night, food delivery people has hard time seeing the address numbers in the houses due to low visibility of house address signs. Place has almost all utilities except for clothes iron. Toilet seat is kinda wobbly so i would ask the host to check on that. Otherwise, i love this hidden haven where i stayed for 3 months. I would surely miss it so much and i would stay there again if i get the chance to go back in wilmington. Thank you Mark for being such a wonderful host!

This place was Great! It close to the beach and you have plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Nice little place to stay. Had everything we needed.

We had little incident in the middle of the night due to a storm, and Mark responded very quickly and was diligent to resolve the issue. The rest of our stay was just perfect.

My husband and I loved the property! It wasn’t far from downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach or Carolina Beach! Very cozy and clean!

This spot is very nice if You and your partner want some time to yourself, it’s peaceful, lots of things to do that is near, and very Spotless!

Perfect small space for me. All the amenities I needed. Comfortable bed. Peacefully quiet in June. Loved to sit at the table in the patio with coffee. Well stocked. Clean. All one level. Easy check in and out. I would stay here again!

Mark was super helpful from pre check in to post check out! Checked in intermittently to make sure everything was to par. I enjoy the comfy bed and super hot water pressure! (the MAIN thing I look for during my stays at airbnbs) Had basic kitchen items to cook with, so I really enjoyed that. Even the couch was comfortable. It’s super cozy on the inside, honestly would live there if I could. Thanks so muck Mark! (:

Cozy little place to stay in Wilmington, and kind of in the middle of everything so you're pretty close to pretty much anywhere. It is the perfect size for any 2 person trip.

The apartment had everything we needed for our three day stay. We were visiting our kids at UNCW and the location is really close so we could easily ride our bikes to campus and pick up the Cross City Trail.

Decent place, semi correct

Mark has created a space that is private, quiet, with a modern design. The bed was comfy, the towels were soft, and are you ready for this? The toilet paper was two ply!! Mark please tell other hosts about this little secret you have. Thank you Mark for making my stay one of the best I’ve ever had in my many years with Airbnb.

This is the perfect little spot for a couple for a little trip to Wilmington! We were close to our friend's house near campus, this house is super cute and comfy. We are definitely keeping this on our list for the next time we're in Wilmington.

Close to UNCW and a few blocks from our son’s house. Looked just as pictured. Quiet and yet close to shops and restaurants. We would book again.

Mark's place was really nice. It was even better than we expected. It was very, very clean and neat. He provided everything we needed during our 3 day stay. I would definetely stay there again. It was the nicest Airbnb place we stayed at on our trip from Maine to Florida. Thank you Mark.

Amazing place.

This was such a lovely place to stay! Very clean and looks exactly as described! There were several small details that didn’t go unnoticed by me. I appreciated the NEW toilet paper roll & the new sponge(even though I didn’t use it!). It really made this unit feel extra clean. I also liked how central this location was to everything! Side note: if you’re using Apple Maps, it’ll say you’ve arrived when the house is actually 4-6 more houses down! No fault of Mark’s though! Mark was responsive and attentive. If I’m in Wilmington again, I would absolutely stay again!

This was a great place for a one week stay. Super quiet and private location although maybe a little bland compared to other areas in Wilmington. I couldn't have asked for more when it comes to what was provided for cooking, cleaning, extra sheets and pillows. When I asked for a toaster and broom, it was dropped off in a matter of minutes. When I tried running the dishwasher, no water was getting in and Mark went out of his way to fix it. You can't go wrong here!

We were looking for a place for just the two of us and our dog to move our daughter into college. We needed a place close to UNCW, allowed our dog, did not have a bunch of ridiculous fees (only cleaning and pet fee - thank you!!!), was clean and safe. We got exactly what we wanted! Exactly as advertised, clean, nicely stocked kitchen, laundry, comfortable bed, enough shampoo and condition and toiletries which was nice, and quietly located on the back side of another house which was no issue. Parking is tight on this road, we had to leave our big truck and U Haul trailer at our daughters house and borrow her car but no big deal. Great little coffee shop at the end of this road. Thank you!

Great little place to stay perfectly in between UNCW and the beach! Mark was super quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. Would stay again!

The house was exactly what we needed for the beach weekend! 10 minutes from the beach, right in town.

We stayed a couple of nights while on a college tour of UNCW. Great location near great restaurants, Trader Joe’s and the campus. We could get around easily using the side streets instead of using the main, congested College Rd. The house is located on a quiet street right across from Recon Surf Shop. The place was very clean and exactly as described.

Nice spot, centrally located to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Mark was very responsive when I had questions.

Great place for two people for those that like their privacy. Short drive to many local attractions including a brewery. Highly recommend.

Very cute and clean unit. We only stayed for two nights and would have loved to stay longer in a place that felt like home. We would definitely stay here again should we make another visit to the Wilmington area!
