Welcome to our North Phoenix home perfect for groups and families. With 1 KING bed, 1 queen, and 2 full beds, all with high-quality mattresses, there's plenty of room for everyone to get a good night's rest.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with good quality cooking supplies and has enormous counters, perfect for family meals and self-serve. The social areas are all in one huge room to keep your group together during the day, with a 60" Roku HDTV and all the apps you could need.

Step outside to our fenced-in backyard with a outdoor dining and seating area under the awning. Watch a stunning sunset while enjoying a drink around the pool. The pool is NOT heating but very refreshing.

We also offer free wifi, free coffee, and free parking for our guests. And for your furry friends, there's a cute and peaceful dog-friendly park right nearby.

North Phoenix is especially convenient and great for families. Easy access to the 17 and the 101, which are two of our biggest highways to get you anywhere you need to go.

Uber/Lyft are very easy if you don't have your own vehicle. You can get to Phoenix and Scottsdale very quickly. Even if you have to go all the way to Old Town Scottsdale, its only a 27 minute drive. Everything else in Phoenix and Scottsdale should be even closer!
