Sunshine Haven: 2BR w/Pool, Theater, Gym, Tennis

We like this location- it works well for us. We enjoyed a couple of days relaxing in the pool. Overall, everything was nice and as described. While this had everything we needed, there weren’t some of the extras that we often see at other locations, ie no body wash, there were sample packets of shampoo but no conditioner, no extras in the kitchen. Overall we still rated it five stars. It is conveniently located.

Master bedroom tv didn’t work we tried everything

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Luke’s🙂💕 I was very happy and comfortable. This is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath., with a Balcony, spacious kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors! And, it was clean.😇💕 We could prepare our meals and do laundry when needed! Luke responded quickly to any question that I had. I will most definitely rent from him again in the future!

The apartment is just as described. It is spotless and organized; the location is beautiful and very secure. Luke responded promptly to a couple of questions. It is highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Luke’s apartment! The location was extremely safe & central to what we needed. The apartment itself was so clean and had plenty of towels, extra blankets, and basically everything you’d need! The amenity center at this apartment complex is gorgeous. The gym is HUGE & spotless. They even had a children’s play room that was right inside the gym area that my 2 year old enjoyed. The parking was easy and had no issues during our stay! Thank you guys!

Really nice place. Definitely would come here again. I felt safe and peaceful and the restaurants around were pretty good.

Space was very open, plenty of space within the unit. Traveled with a toddler and the unit was very family friendly.

As always we enjoyed staying at Luke’s apartment in Palm Bay Jacksonville. Resort style pool and amenities. Unit is spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and stores. Will be back again. Like is quick to respond with any questions you may have prior n during your stay.

Pros and cons of our experience: PROS: the place is very nice and spacious. Lots of room to place your things, beautiful kitchen and cozy place to be. Close to basically everything you need. Very nice hosts, great at replying and accommodating whatever you need. If you have kids they offer a pack n play. There is a nice pool, gym, and convenient trash service that we unfortunately missed! The place is on the first floor making it nice to get to. Cons: There is NO parking, we had to park far from the condo and even when we parked in the facility our rental car was towed. Check in is at an unreasonable time of 9pm unlike the listing says 4pm check in time. As a family with 2 toddlers checking in at 9pm was unreasonable. However they messaged allowing check in time earlier so it worked out thanks to hosts! Noisy neighbors above, not soundproof as you can hear child running around above you and screaming.. not fault of our nice hosts but unfortunately a con of the place.

As always I enjoyed my stay at Luke’s place in Palm Bay. His apartment is clean and spacious. Love that it is on the 1st floor. A short walk to the resort style pool. He is always quick to answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend staying at any of his ABnBs.

A/c unit didn’t work; this owner charges a cleaning fee while check out instructions require throwing in a load of laundry, doing the dishes. The unit didn’t have shampoo, salt, pepper- basic things we find in vacation rentals when we travel.

Booked based on the previous reviews (spacious & amenities). 20 mins South of jax same to St. Aug.This 1st floor is condo was PERFECTLY CLEAN & SPACIOUS! Well-lit area Trash valet was a nice perk. We didn't get to enjoy the clubhouse because my husband was away during open hours & it stornetod. A few basic essentials were available, but I recomm to bring your own. The K & Q mattresses were impressive. En suite bathroom are like mini spas! Each closet as big as a small kid's room. Some cons but not deal breakers: accessible parking is very limited (found 1 in front of clubhouse which put us on the other end of the hall), driving/ride share is a must, small screen porch was unavailable, a bit noisy at times if you're a light sleeper (occasionally hear outside conversations or kid jumping above LOL which I thought was cute. My husband is always the last ouy because we like to leave everything as we came. He got thee chance to meet the cleaning super who was impressed with checkout. 10/10

I was looking for a safe and fun place to stay with lots of amenities and things to do while visiting local family. This listing exceeded my expectations and was such a great deal. Check in and check out went over smoothly and we experienced no issues whatsoever. I would definitely book again for our next trip!

Our stay at the Palm Bay was amazing! We were in town for a family wedding and the location was the perfect midpoint between family and the wedding venue. The rental community is a luxury area and is beautiful. The amenities (pool, movie theater, game room etc) were all top notch. We were able to have a great pool day where we relaxed and grilled burgers. Luke was very responsive and the instructions for the airbnb were clear and concise. The airbnb in itself was pristine, the only mishap was a dirty comforter in one of the rooms that we quickly just swapped out for another clean one in the closet. We told Luke about it and he responded promptly and asked if we needed cleaning services but that wasn’t necessary. Overall, 10/10 I can’t wait to come back!

Luke was quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns. The condo itself is gorgeous and has huge closets. The kitchen is the perfect size. We loved the screened in porch. The living space was well organized. The pool area was AMAZING! I'm talking like fancy resort kind of amazing. It was never super crowded and often only a few other people were there. The clubhouse space was super nice too. The drive to/from Mayo Clinic was only about 20 minutes to arrive there around 7:45 and return home around 4:30. If we return to Jax, we will definitely stay there again. 10/10, would recommend!

Great Location.

The apartment is beautiful! I was traveling with my Mom and she has difficulty walking, most of the time she needs a wheelchair, this place was perfect, bathroom was so safe comfortable for her, that was my main concern! Luke was very responsive to my concerns since day one! I do appreciate everything he did for us to have a comfortable and pleasant stay! Thanks Luke!

A little confusion on how to use the number key pad to apartment door that Luke made clear after contacting him. Still wish that these rentals had more than 4 place setting for dining. When we owned a short term rental, we had to provide at least twice the number of settings as was the listed occupancy. Having to clean plates and silverware after every meal, does not afford much of an opportunity to use the dishwasher efficiently.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville. The property was well maintained and the unit itself was clean and spacious. The pool and gym were great amenities and everything was exactly as it was featured in the photos. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There was occasional noise from the street but nothing disruptive. A member of of party is disabled so really valued that the unit (and pool) were accessible (no stairs, wide doors, and various points of access into the pool without steps).
